Is there a Guest Relations location at Downtown Disney where you can activate your park tickets and ask questions about the parks? That way we don't have to wait in line at Guest Relations on our first park day. Thank you! There is a Guest Services window to the left of each theme park but none in Downtown Disney. You cannot activate park tickets until you enter the park or the Monorail entrance in Downtown Disney.

I remember once we tried to use the monorail from downtown to Disneyland park. They refused to let us use it as that was only for the hotel guests until after 11 am. Have you heard of this? We dodge this until later in the day. We have not heard of this, and actually asked a few Cast Members about it to get the official scoop. Their response was that the monorail is open for all guests with park tickets, and is not limited to hotel guests in the a.

Two new shops are coming soon near the old VOID location: Pele Soccer soccer gear and customized jerseys and Lovepop laser-cut, 3-D pop-up greeting cards, paper art and gifts. Validations apply after the first hour of paid parking. Parking is subject to capacity. The new self-pay machines are available, although we have paid at the exit booths each time we visited.
